RESPONSIBILITIES

Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed. Answer customer inquiries and requests. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS

Dedicated to customer service. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and able to multitask. Previous customer service experience preferred. Must be currently licensed and reside in Virginia. Flexible work from home options available.
