Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Soliant is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist on behalf of a compounding pharmacy located in Orange, CA. This role is perfect for sterile compounding experienced pharmacist looking for a new opportunity and growth.

Position Details:
• Start: ASAP
• Duration: 13 weeks (contract-to-hire)
• Shift: Mon-Fri; 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Location: Orange, CA
• Setting: Compounding

• Requirements:
- California Pharmacist License: Must be active and in hand at time of submission – firm requirement.
- PharmD or BS in Pharmacy
- Must have at least 2 years of RECENT, strong sterile compounding and clinical pharmacy experience
- Experience collaborating with dieticians and other healthcare providers
- Must be experienced with TPN patients and comfortable clinically managing TPN therapy
- Strong patient counseling and clinical communication skills
- Ideally already licensed OR willing to immediately obtain Pharmacist licenses in Mississippi (MS) and Alabama (AL)
- Strong knowledge of USP <797> and pharmacy practices
- Home infusion experience strongly preferred

• Responsibilities:
- Clinically manage and monitor patients receiving TPN therapy
- Work closely with dieticians, physicians, and other healthcare providers, and pharmacy staff to coordinate patient care
- Review TPN formulations, labs, therapy progress, and make appropriate clinical recommendations for patients who are being discharged from the hospital
- Provide patient counseling and education regarding medications and infusion therapy
- Oversee sterile compounding functions (as needed)
- Ensure sterile preparations and pharmacy practices meet USP <797> standards
- Communicate effectively with both clinical and non-clinical team members
- Serve as a knowledgeable clinical resource and demonstrate leadership within the pharmacy
