This individual will serve as the face of ADARE, welcoming patients, building lasting connections, and ensuring every interaction feels personal, seamless, and memorable. We are looking for someone who goes beyond simply checking patients in and out — someone who remembers names, anticipates needs, and makes every patient feel like a valued part of the ADARE community. Key Responsibilities
- Create a warm, welcoming, and professional environment for every patient.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with patients through genuine, personalized interactions.
- Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and follow-up communications.
- Answer phone calls, texts, and patient inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Educate patients on ADARE's services, memberships, and treatment offerings.
- Support patient retention through thoughtful follow-ups and relationship building.
- Coordinate with providers to ensure a seamless patient experience.
- Assist with daily front desk operations, payments, and maintaining an organized reception area.
- Identify opportunities to enhance the patient experience and contribute to the continued growth of ADARE.

- Previous experience in medical aesthetics, hospitality, customer service, or patient coordination
- Ability to drive client retention and sales through elevated service and thoughtful product recommendations
