Location: Scottsdale, AZ (On-Site)

BioTech Ventures is seeking a reliable, hands-on Organic / Process Chemist to support production of our research-grade wellness materials.

This is a part-time, as-needed role. After initial training, we expect work to occur most weeks based on production needs (typically a focused set of hours rather than full-time).

What You'll Do:

• Execute established production processes under clear written and verbal direction

• Perform work-ups, isolation, and basic purification

• Assist with in-process checks and sample preparation for analytical testing

• Maintain clean, organized, and compliant lab documentation

• Work closely with our scientific leadership during the training period

• BS in Chemistry or Organic Chemistry (recent graduates strongly encouraged)

• Hands-on laboratory experience with multi-step or process chemistry

• Comfortable following detailed SOPs and working carefully with analytical feedback

• Reliable, detail-oriented, and available for flexible / weekend hours as needed

• Must be able to work on-site in Scottsdale

• Direct training from experienced scientific leadership

• Competitive hourly rate + production-based incentive

• Flexible schedule once trained (hours as needed, expected most weeks based on production requirements)
