How You'll Make An Impact Lead the client service team and help set the pace for day-to-day work across your assigned accounts. Coach colleagues, solve problems early, and keep service steady for internal partners and clients. Work closely with branch leaders and the production team on renewals, retention, and client satisfaction. As you improve everyday processes and keep priorities clear, you’ll help the team support branch goals and deliver work that clients can count on. About You Required Bachelor's degree with 5+ years client service and/or claims management experience -OR- High School degree/GED with 10+ years client service and/or claims management experience. 1+ years supervisory experience. Appropriate licensing as required. Preferred Prior experience designing and implementing productivity and client service improvements. Experience leading and managing teams (preferably within a matrix environment) within an operational service delivery or shared services environment. Keen understanding of professional and industry standards/practices. Behaviors Ability to coach teammates, set clear expectations, and follow through. Able to explain next steps, priorities, and client needs in simple terms. Ability to work across clients, colleagues, and branch leaders without losing sight of deadlines. Able to notice process gaps and help improve how work gets done. Ability to build trust through open communication and consistent follow-through.
