We're looking for someone passionate about providing excellent customer service to clients and policyholders. As our next insurance customer service representative, you will show our policyholders the value of being one of our customers by generating insurance quotations and providing coverage advice. You'll also be in charge of giving current policyholders excellent customer service by resolving billing issues, amending policies, and making policy suggestions. $40,000 - $75,000 yearly

• Communicate with the customers about complaints, give acceptable solutions, and follow up to ensure that the problem was fixed
• Keep track of all customer inquiries and follow up to verify that all questions are answered regarding customer policies
• Confirm client insurance coverage and provide evidence of insurance papers to policyholders
• Answer incoming call center questions about insurance policies and insurance coverage issues, as well as consumer complaints and general inquiries
• Track current marketing activities, so you can appropriately respond to insurance-related inquiries with all of the resources at your disposal

• Position requires a high school diploma or GED equivalent
• Possesses basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and customer database systems
• Excellent active listening, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Prior work in a customer-facing position or customer service role is required
• Knowledge of insurance products and policy schedules is preferred

• Strong communication skills, you can work anywhere in the country, but you have to be plugged into your mentor (your mentor does not succeed unless you do)

• Willing to get an insurance license
• Be motivated! This is a commission-based position, and you can earn it if you put in the work
