We are seeking an experienced Corporate Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist to join a growing organization in the marine transportation and logistics industry. This individual will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle for professional, corporate, technical, and leadership-level positions.

\n

\n

The ideal candidate has a strong background in corporate recruiting, excels at building trusted relationships with hiring managers, and can independently manage recruitment processes from initial intake through onboarding.

\n

\n

This position will primarily support shore-based corporate and professional hiring, including IT, operations, and leadership positions. The recruiter will manage approximately 15 open requisitions at a time while partnering closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders.

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including hiring manager intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer coordination, and onboarding.
\n
• Recruit for a variety of corporate, professional, technical, and leadership-level positions across the organization.
\n
• Partner with hiring managers to understand position requirements, business objectives, and ideal candidate qualifications.
\n
• Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with hiring managers, department leaders, and candidates.
\n
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates for specialized and professional-level positions.
\n
• Conduct candidate screenings to evaluate qualifications, experience, and alignment with organizational needs.
\n
• Coordinate interviews, facilitate feedback, and maintain consistent communication throughout the hiring process.
\n
• Manage approximately 15 active requisitions while balancing competing priorities and hiring deadlines.
\n
• Maintain accurate candidate records, recruiting metrics, and hiring activity reports.
\n
• Utilize recruiting platforms and sourcing tools, including Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and other recruitment resources.
\n
• Track recruiting activity and maintain organized hiring data using Microsoft Excel and internal systems.
\n
• Partner with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from candidate selection through onboarding.
\n
• Provide hiring managers with regular updates on recruiting progress, candidate pipelines, and market conditions.
\n
• Deliver a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Required Qualifications

\n

\n
• Previous full-cycle recruiting experience, including responsibility for the entire process from intake through onboarding.
\n
• Experience recruiting for corporate, professional, technical, or leadership-level positions.
\n
• Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to establish credibility and trust with hiring managers.
\n
• Experience managing multiple open requisitions and prioritizing competing hiring needs.
\n
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, candidate assessment, and offer coordination skills.
\n
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, recruiting data tracking, and online recruiting platforms.
\n
• Familiarity with Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and other sourcing tools.
\n
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
\n
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with recruiting colleagues and business leaders.
\n
• Must currently reside in the Nashville, TN area.
\n

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
\n
• Previous corporate or in-house recruiting experience.
\n
• Experience recruiting across multiple departments, including IT, operations, and leadership.
\n
• Background in marine transportation, logistics, industrial services, or a related industry.
\n
• Previous agency recruiting experience combined with corporate or internal recruiting experience.
\n
