Americas Director, Business Operations & Strategy

PayPal Inc.

PayPal seeks a strategic Director of Business Operations to lead the Americas region's operating model and between commercial and operational teams. You will translate vision into operational delivery, partner with SVP Americas, and drive performance and growth. Responsibilities include establishing strategy, optimizing workflows, managing budgets, and leading cross-functional initiatives with Enterprise, SMB and Consumer segments.
