Job Summary

Client is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support the WV PATH Family Assistance Module enhancement project related to House Resolution 1 (H.R.1) . This role requires a strong BA with recent experience supporting SNAP, Medicaid, and SOW/RFP activities within Healthcare and Human Services environments.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
3+ years of experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
3+ years of experience leading requirements gathering and validation sessions.
3+ years of Healthcare and Human Services experience.
Recent experience supporting SNAP and Medicaid programs .
Experience with SDLC methodologies.
Experience managing project risks, issues, scope, schedules, and requirements.
Experience working with executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Experience supporting government RFP and SOW activities.

Qualifications

Experience with State Government Health & Human Services projects.
Experience supporting eligibility, benefits, or family assistance programs.
Deloitte experience is a big plus.
