Program Overview The YourMenu Sales Management Training Program is designed for driven sales professionals who want to build a long term career in restaurant technology and merchant services. This program offers a step by step path to grow from an independent sales agent into a team leader and eventually a sales manager with override income and long term residuals. Through a structured development track, you will learn the full YourMenu product suite, master the sales process, close new restaurant accounts, and gradually take on leadership responsibilities as you hit performance milestones. This is a 1099 commission based role with significant earning potential and a clear path to management. Participants in the program typically earn: Around 70,000 dollars in their first year Over 100,000 dollars in their second year as their residual portfolio grows Those who advance into management roles and earn team overrides typically make over 200,000 dollars per year on average.
