Key Qualifications:

• Valid Special Education (SPED) license for Illinois
• Prior experience in special education teaching settings
• Ability to implement and write IEPs effectively

• Develop lesson plans and lead teaching for a focused caseload (no more than 8 students)
• Execute daily classroom management and differentiated instruction
