Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:
- Valid SPED (Special Education) license required
- Previous experience in special education classroom settings
- Strong skills in lesson planning, IEP development, and implementation
- Exceptional classroom management abilities
- Effective communicator and collaborative team member
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide engaging instruction tailored to the unique needs of each student
- Take ownership of classroom management to build a positive, inclusive atmosphere
- Write and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in compliance with state and federal guidelines
- Develop lesson plans that inspire academic growth and social-emotional learning
- Track student progress, maintain thorough documentation, and communicate regularly with families and staff
- Participate in relevant meetings, training, and professional development
This position offers a consistent workday from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM, supporting the balance between your personal and professional commitments.
