TITLE
CNA - Part Time

SCHEDULE
Part Time Nights (3x7.5s/2x7.5s), Every Other Weekend, Holiday

ASSIGNMENT DETAILS
Contract Length: 14 Weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 37.5 Hours/Biweekly

REQUIREMENTS
- NYS Nursing Assistant Certification
- BLS Certification (AHA)
- One (1) Year of Previous Long-Term Care Experience

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) as outlined in their plan of care, ensuring hygiene, grooming, dressing, and toileting needs are met.
- Maintain the safety and cleanliness of the resident environment in accordance with policies and procedures.
- Support residents' nutritional needs, including meal delivery and feeding assistance, while honoring their preferences.
- Provide rehabilitative support, including range of motion exercises, ambulation, and proper body alignment.
- Report any changes in residents' physical, emotional, and psychosocial status to nursing staff promptly.
