Desktop Support Engineer

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused IT Support Specialist to provide first-level technical support for end users across hardware, software, and voice/data communication systems. This role requires strong troubleshooting skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment. Location:  Phoenix, AZ 

• Pay rate :$30/hr on w2 to $32/hr on w2

Responsibilities:

• Provide first-level technical support to end users for hardware, software, and communication system issues .
• Troubleshoot and resolve Windows support, deskside support, and end-user device issues .
• Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate support teams when necessary .
• Create concise, accurate, and informative tickets within the ticketing system .
• Follow up on open tickets in a timely manner and ensure issues are resolved completely.
• Document troubleshooting steps and technical support processes clearly .
• Prioritize multiple support requests while working efficiently under pressure .
• Deliver excellent customer service through strong verbal and written communication .

Required Qualifications:

• Experience working with ticketing systems and technical support documentation .
• Strong knowledge of Windows support, deskside support, and end-user device support .
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment .
• Comfortable working flexible hours when needed .
• Previous experience in customer service, call center, or help desk support required .
• Strong computer proficiency with hardware and software technologies .
