1st Shift Maintenance Technician $25 - $32 per hour | Elkhorn, WI | On-Site | Permanent Job Details We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support and maintain CNC and industrial manufacturing equipment. This role focuses on keeping machines running safely, reliably, and efficiently in a production environment. Responsibilities Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on equipment Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control system issues Use schematics and manuals to diagnose and resolve problems Follow all safety procedures, including lockout/tagout Document repairs and maintenance activities Support equipment installs, upgrades, and reliability improvements Work with production teams to reduce downtime Qualifications 3–5+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment Strong electrical troubleshooting skills Experience with CNC machines and control systems Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings Comfortable using test equipment and hand tools Basic PLC knowledge preferred Good communication skills and team mindset Requirements High school diploma or GED Computer skills (Windows-based systems) Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and work various shifts as needed Equal Opportunity Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
