If you are adaptable, dependable, a great communicator, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want you on our team.As a Medical Assistant, you'll work closely with our providers, supporting patient visits, procedures, scribing, cosmetic treatments, and more.ResponsibilitiesEnsure smooth patient visits by anticipating and responding to patient needs.Prepare patients for exams, manage medical records, and maintain an efficient workflow.Assist providers with medical exams, surgical procedures, and cosmetic treatments.Serve as a medical scribe, documenting patient details in real-time using our advanced Electronic Health Records (EHR) system.Handle administrative tasks, such as verifying patient demographics, scheduling, processing prior authorizations, and responding to appointment inquiries.Adapt to changes in patient volume and clinic resources, ensuring a seamless patient experience.QualificationsThis is a full-time role (no part-time, internship, or summer positions available).Experience in a medical or dermatology practice and customer service is preferred.Medical Assistant Certification is preferred but not required.We seek individuals who are willing to go above and beyond for our patients while working well with the team.Gap-Year (at least 18 months) are encouraged to applyIf you're passionate about making a difference in patient care, there's a place for you at Skin Dermatology.
