Position Overview As an Irrigation Technician, you’ll be responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining irrigation systems across multiple commercial accounts. This full‑time role requires hands‑on expertise, strong communication skills, and a commitment to high‑quality service. A company vehicle and phone are provided for business use. Key Responsibilities Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair commercial irrigation systems, including valves, rotors, sprinklers, valve boxes, and mainlines Perform seasonal system checks and make adjustments to watering schedules based on weather conditions Conduct efficiency tests to evaluate system performance Recommend necessary repairs beyond scope and communicate with supervisors and foremen Maintain accurate billing and documentation for completed work Ensure all irrigation components are functioning optimally Requirements Valid Arizona driver’s license with a clean driving record Strong time management, communication, and customer service skills Ability to work independently or in small teams Basic computer proficiency Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus Daily billing completion required Skills & Competencies Safety Focused: Adheres to all safety procedures, uses PPE, reports incidents, and attends required safety meetings Professionalism: Maintains clean appearance, punctuality, and a respectful attitude in all client and team interactions Customer-Oriented: Delivers quality service with a friendly and professional demeanor Team Player: Communicates effectively and supports a positive team environment Working Conditions Outdoor work in varying weather conditions and noise levels Physical activity including standing, walking on uneven surfaces, kneeling, lifting up to 50 lbs, and crouching Reasonable accommodations will be made for qualified individuals with disabilities Company Perks Pay: Based on experience and performance Company Vehicle: Take‑home vehicle provided (for business use only) Company Phone: Provided for business use Benefits: Full benefits package offered to all full‑time employees ProQual Landscaping is a drug‑free workplace, participates in E‑Verify, and is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) employer.
