What You’ll Do

• Contact customers by phone and respond to inbound questions about their accounts and repayment options.
• Listen to each customer’s financial circumstances and identify an appropriate payment solution.
• Negotiate payment arrangements, settlements, or hardship options within established guidelines.
• Manage an assigned account portfolio and document every customer interaction accurately.
• Meet goals for quality, productivity, customer engagement, and collections while following regulatory requirements and protecting confidential information.
  

What You’ll Bring

• Have at least six months of collections, customer service, call center, sales, or other customer-facing experience.
• Communicate clearly, listen carefully, and approach difficult financial conversations with empathy and professionalism.
• Are motivated by goals and comfortable working in a fast-paced, structured call center.
• Stay organized, pay close attention to detail, and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
• Work well independently and contribute positively to a team.
• Previous collections experience is helpful but not required.
