- Develop and execute outbound sales strategies including calls, email outreach, and in-person meetings
- Build and maintain relationships with enterprise clients, technology partners, and channel organizations
- Identify client needs and position tailored infrastructure and technology solutions
- Manage a pipeline of opportunities from prospecting through close with strong attention to detail
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align sales strategies and ensure successful deal execution
- Attend industry events, networking functions, and client meetings to expand market presence
- Coordinate client visits and on-site experiences that showcase capabilities and build trust
- Maintain accurate activity tracking and forecasting within CRM tools
- Continuously gather market intelligence and provide insights to leadership
- 5 or more years of B2B sales or business development experience, preferably within technology, infrastructure, or related industries
- Proven track record of generating pipeline and closing complex deals
- Strong ability to build relationships with senior decision-makers and key stakeholders
- Experience working with channel partners such as MSPs, VARs, or similar ecosystems is highly preferred
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales enablement tools
- Local market knowledge and an existing professional network in the Dallas area is highly valued
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally for client meetings
- Established network within the regional technology or enterprise business community
- Ability to navigate complex organizations and multi-thread relationships
- Comfortable operating in both strategic and tactical sales environments
- High level of accountability, organization, and follow-through
- Passion for building relationships and delivering value to clients
