Infiniti of Sarasota is looking for motivated Automotive Sales Professionals who enjoy helping customers and building lasting relationships. Expected Earnings: $60,000 - $100,000+

Automotive Sales Representative Duties

As an Automotive Sales Representative, you'll help customers through every step of the vehicle buying process while delivering a first-class customer experience.

Responsibilities include:

• Greeting and assisting customers in person, online, and by phone
• Learning about customers' needs and recommending vehicles that fit their lifestyle and budget
• Building trust and rapport through excellent communication and customer service
• Demonstrating vehicle features and conducting test drives
• Explaining warranties, financing processes, and vehicle technology
• Negotiating vehicle pricing and completing purchase paperwork
• Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
• Developing long-term customer relationships and referral opportunities
• Maintaining thorough knowledge of new vehicles, features, accessories, and technology
• Participating in dealership and manufacturer training programs
• Following all company policies, procedures, and safety standards

Experience Preferred, But Not Required - What We're Looking for:

Previous automotive sales experience is highly valued, especially with new vehicles and luxury brands. However, candidates with strong sales or customer service backgrounds, a proven track record of success, and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
