Associate Production Engineer

Overview One of our largest flavors and fragrance clients is seeking a permanent/direct hire Associate Production Engineer for its Memphis, TN manufacturing facility. This role is part of the production group and focuses on providing daily execution leadership and production planning for the food ingredient operations team. The engineer will optimize manufacturing performance and drive operational execution excellence. This role requires on-site presence 5x a week, Monday-Friday. Shift hours are from 7:00am to 4:30pm. Base pay range $70,000.00/yr - $110,000.00/yr Responsibilities Provide daily execution leadership and production planning for the food ingredient operations team. Optimize manufacturing performance and drive operational execution excellence. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure safe and efficient production. On-site presence 5x a week (Monday–Friday). Shift: 7:00am–4:30pm. Required skills and experience bachelor’s degree in Chemical or Biochemical Engineering (BS) 1–2 years of industry experience (open to recent grads) Familiarity with process control systems and troubleshooting Strong analytical, teamwork, and communication skills Proficiency with MS Office and engineering software (e.g., Excel, AutoCAD) NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Co-op/internship experience as a process/production engineer in a manufacturing environment Experience in food ingredient manufacturing or related industry Experience in unit operations troubleshooting Seniority level Associate Employment type Full-time Industry Food and Beverage Manufacturing #J-18808-Ljbffr Insight Global
