Associate Workday Financials Analyst

Hybrid, Chicago or New York City candidates ONLY Support the administration, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of Workday Financials and related financial applications. Assist with the configuration and support of financial business processes, validations, workflows, and system controls within Workday. Provide functional support across Workday Financial Management modules, including General Ledger, Suppliers, Procurement, Expenses, Banking & Settlement, and Asset Management. Troubleshoot system and process issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement effective solutions to support business operations. Support system releases, enhancements, upgrades, and testing activities, including validation of configuration and functionality changes. Maintain process documentation and help ensure data integrity, consistency, and adherence to internal controls and governance standards. Collaborate with cross-functional business and technology teams to optimize processes, enhance the user experience, and support digital transformation initiatives. Identify opportunities for automation, process improvement, and increased operational efficiency within financial system processes. Support end-user requests, system access needs, and ongoing operational activities within a controlled financial systems environment.
