What You ll Do

• Provide support to surgeons, PAs, and RNs in cardiothoracic procedures
• Assist with adult cardiac surgeries, including aortic dissections
• Prepare and operate specialized equipment, including robotic systems
• Support pre-op and post-op patient care
• Maintain accurate documentation in Epic EMR
• Participate in on-call rotations (approximately 1:5)
• Contribute to a high-volume, fast-paced thoracic surgery unit

What You Need

• Valid WI license or eligibility
• BLS & ACLS certifications
• 2+ years of clinical experience, with 1-year first assist in CVOR, specifically cardiac
• Comfort handling complex procedures like aortic dissection management
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• DEA certification
