Trauma-Informed Family Support Specialist

The Village for Families and Children in Hartford, CT is seeking a Family Support Specialist within a 24-bed PRTF setting for youths aged 6–12. You will perform comprehensive assessments, develop and adjust treatment plans, and coordinate discharge planning with community resources. This role emphasizes trauma-informed care and collaborative work with families and schools.
