Operational Inside Support Representative (ISR)

iT1, a leading national technology solution provider headquartered in Tempe, AZ, is seeking a dedicated Inside Sales Support Representative. As an Operational ISR at iT1, you will provide support covering a wide scope of responsibilities, including pricing, sourcing, and quoting to customers, order entry, shipment tracking, accounts receivable assistance, and general data entry, among other tasks. Responsibilities Provide overall excellent customer service to help complete any customer requests and resolve potential issues Support the sales team by overseeing the order process within our internal systems Providing shipment tracking information to customers and Account Managers Work with the Accounting department in supporting accounts payable and receivable processes Work with customers and manufacturers to facilitate return requests, order modifications/changes Produce and distribute internal and external reports as needed Pricing, sourcing, quoting, and deal registrations Process shipping label request Perform other duties as needed Engage in effective communication via phone and in-person conversations Ability to handle both routine and challenging customer interactions Job Qualification Requirements Experience in pricing, sourcing, quoting, and deal registrations at a Value Added Reseller within the Channel required Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Possess high-level organization and time-management skills The ability to work quickly and accurately in both independent and team situations Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Excel The aptitude for learning new systems and software quickly Financial skills and background The ability to juggle a variety of tasks at the same time Demonstrated consistency in values, principles, and work ethic Physical Demands Sit at a computer for up to 8 hours per day Keyboarding for 8 hours per day Near Vision (working with small objects or reading small print) Speaking (communicating information to clients/coworkers) Hearing Requirements (In person speech, telephone, other sounds) Engage in effective communication via phone and in-person conversations Ability to handle both routine and challenging customer interactions Job Location Hybrid if local to the Tempe, AZ Remote if located outside of a reasonable commute Mon - Fri 8 am - 5 pm Benefits Medical, dental, and vision benefits with highly subsidized premiums Two weeks paid time off in your first year, with increasing PTO as tenure increases, and most major holidays off 401(k) Plan with employer match Onsite Fitness Center Onsite Monthly Massages *iT1 is an equal opportunity employer.
