Cath Lab Technician

This is a 13-week contract position.

Day shift, 4x10 Hours (08:00 AM - 06:30 PM)

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Cath Lab Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of recent experience in a Cath Lab setting and possess the necessary certifications. This role involves performing a variety of diagnostic and interventional procedures in the cardiac catheterization lab.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct diagnostic cardiac catheterizations and interventional procedures.
• Assist in cardiac implant closure device and cardiac stent placements.
• Maintain sterile fields and adhere to isolation precautions and PPE guidelines.
• Recognize and respond to life-threatening arrhythmias.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Properly set up equipment for various procedures and ensure its proper handling.

Required Experience / Certifications:

• 2+ years of recent experience as a Cath Lab Technician.
• Current certifications: ARRT, RCIS, ACLS, and BLS.
• Strong understanding of diagnostic and interventional cardiology procedures.
