Vice President of Finance

We are working with an exciting hospitality group that is entering a major growth phase across the United States. As the business continues to expand, they are looking for a Vice President of Finance to join the leadership team and help build the financial foundation for the next chapter of growth. This is more than a traditional finance role. The successful candidate will be a key business partner to the Founder and senior leadership team, helping shape strategy, support expansion plans, and create the systems, processes, and reporting needed to scale successfully. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in multi-unit hospitality, restaurants, or consumer-facing businesses and will enjoy working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where they can make a real impact. What You'll Do Lead the overall finance function across the US business, including accounting, financial planning, reporting, cash management, and compliance Partner with senior leadership on growth initiatives, expansion opportunities, and long-term business strategy Build budgets, forecasts, and financial models that support informed decision-making Develop reporting and KPI dashboards that provide visibility into business performance Help improve profitability through cost controls, operational analysis, and financial insights Oversee financial systems and processes, helping the business scale efficiently as new locations open Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team About You Proven senior finance leadership experience within hospitality, restaurants, retail, or another multi-unit environment Strong understanding of financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and business performance analysis Experience supporting high-growth businesses through periods of expansion and change Able to balance strategic thinking with a hands-on approach when needed Strong leadership skills with experience building and developing teams Comfortable working closely with founders, operators, and cross-functional stakeholders Experience with ERP systems, financial technology, and process improvement initiatives CPA or equivalent professional qualification preferred This is an outstanding opportunity to join a growing organization at a pivotal stage in its journey and play a key role in shaping its future success. #J-18808-Ljbffr COREcruitment Ltd
