This opportunity offers trademark, copyright, false-advertising and unfair-competition disputes for brand owners and innovative businesses within a nationally recognised intellectual property practice. The successful attorney will work closely with an entrepreneurial intellectual property and litigation team, take ownership of substantive matters and gain exposure to federal-court, TTAB, enforcement and broader brand-protection matters. Ideal Candidate Profile The firm is seeking a Trademark Litigation & Intellectual Property Associate with: At least three years of relevant litigation experience Trademark, copyright or broader IP disputes experience Excellent legal research, writing and advocacy skills Strong discovery and case-management fundamentals Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines Excellent academic credentials and an accredited J.D preferably from a T25 law school. Experience within a sophisticated law-firm practice TTAB, federal-court trademark, false-advertising or copyright litigation experience is strongly preferred. Compensation and Benefits The anticipated base salary range is $175,000–$330,000, depending on experience, qualifications, location and other relevant factors.
