Occupational Therapist (OT) – Pediatric Outpatient | Burleson, TX

Children's Therapy Solutions is a pediatric outpatient clinic in Burleson, TX specializing in Speech Therapy, Feeding Therapy, and Occupational Therapy. We're committed to making high-quality therapy accessible to every child in our community — and we're looking for an experienced OT to grow with us.

What You'll Do

• Evaluate and treat pediatric patients across a range of sensory, motor, and functional skill areas
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans grounded in evidence-based practice
• Maintain timely, thorough clinical documentation in accordance with payer and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with SLP staff, families, and outside providers to support whole-child care
• Participate in team meetings, peer consultation, and ongoing professional development
• Maintain licensure and adhere to AOTA Code of Ethics and Texas state practice standards

What We're Looking For

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Current Texas OT license (or eligibility to obtain prior to start date)
• NBCOT certification required
• Minimum 2 years of pediatric OT experience — outpatient preferred
• Experience with sensory processing, fine motor, self-care, and feeding in children
• Strong documentation habits and ability to meet productivity expectations
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus, but not required
