Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Make a lasting impact in the lives of students as an Occupational Therapist working onsite in a school-based contract role near Burleson, TX. This opportunity spans the full academic year, from August 2026 through June 2027, with a consistent weekday schedule from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. You’ll provide dedicated support to K-12 students across varying grade levels, working with a caseload of 45–60 students depending on required service minutes.

Qualifications:

• Holds current OT licensure (OTR) through the Texas Executive Council of Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy Examiners (ECPTOTE)
• Previous experience in school-based occupational therapy strongly preferred
• Ability to collaborate with educators, families, and related service providers
• Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
• Passion for helping students succeed in academic and functional activities

Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy services in line with IEPs for students across multiple grade levels
• Assess students' functional abilities and develop individualized intervention plans
• Consult with teachers and families to support classroom participation and daily living skills
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and participate in IEP meetings
• Provide recommendations for classroom modifications and adaptive strategies
• Offer direct, consultative, and collaborative services as required
