Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications:

• Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR) license issued by the Texas Executive Council of Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy Examiners (ECPTOTE)
• Previous experience delivering occupational therapy in a school setting is highly valued
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt therapy strategies to meet diverse student needs, K-12
• Comprehensive understanding of IEP processes, relevant documentation, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services to a caseload of 45–60 students, with service time based on IEP requirements
• Assess, develop, and implement treatment plans for students across grade levels
• Collaborate closely with educators and families to integrate therapy into academic programming
• Maintain timely, compliant records and documentation per school and regulatory guidelines
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to the development of student progress plans

This is an onsite contract assignment, scheduled Monday through Friday from 8:00–4:00, aligning with the academic calendar from early August through early June.
