About the Role As a Junior Finance Implementation Specialist, you’ll play a key role in onboarding new clients onto an industry-leading platform. Working at the intersection of accounting, analytics and client relationships, you’ll help translate complex financial data into structured, meaningful insights that drive smarter business decisions. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in accounting, finance or data analysis. What You’ll Be Doing Manage end-to-end onboarding and implementation of client financial data submissions Analyse hotel Profit & Loss statements and accounting structures Map nominal codes to internal benchmarking fields while ensuring data integrity Investigate and resolve discrepancies across historical financial reporting periods Build strong relationships with client finance and data contacts Maintain consistency across client data mappings and reporting standards Collaborate with systems and analyst teams to support successful technical handovers Use Excel and database knowledge to support reporting and business intelligence initiatives What We’re Looking For We’d love to hear from you if you have: A strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statements Excellent Excel skills and confidence working with data Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail Great communication and stakeholder management skills The ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively Experience with data implementation or financial reporting platforms Exposure to database systems or business intelligence tools Why Join?
