We are seeking a Laboratory Technician II to perform analytical testing in a manufacturing laboratory to ensure product quality, regulatory compliance, and data integrity. This role supports routine chemical and physical analyses, operates analytical instruments, maintains laboratory documentation, and utilizes digital tools to improve reporting and workflow efficiency. Experience with HPLC, GC, LIMS, Power BI, and Power Apps is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Perform analytical testing using HPLC, GC, acid, Brix, and particle size analysis methods.
• Prepare samples, standards, reagents, and mobile phases.
• Operate, monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot analytical instruments following SOPs .
• Document, review, and report analytical results using LIMS , spreadsheets, Power BI , and Power Apps .
• Develop or enhance digital reporting tools for data visualization and laboratory efficiency.
• Follow GMP, GLP, and QA/QC procedures while maintaining laboratory organization and instrument readiness.
• Assist with investigations of abnormal or out-of-specification (OOS) results and support continuous quality improvements.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Engineering , or a related scientific field (or equivalent experience).
• 3–5 years of analytical laboratory experience in a manufacturing, QA , or QC environment.
• Hands-on experience with HPLC, GC, acid testing, Brix testing, particle size analysis , and laboratory instrumentation.
• Proficiency with LIMS , Power BI , Power Apps , and Microsoft Office.
• Strong knowledge of GMP, GLP, QA/QC , data integrity, documentation, troubleshooting, organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
