We are seeking a Customer Service & Order Coordinator who can manage customer needs from initial request through resolution in a fast-moving, collaborative environment. This position goes beyond traditional customer service or basic order entry and requires someone comfortable balancing customer communication, order processing, operational coordination, problem-solving, and changing priorities. The right candidate will be organized, adaptable, engaged with their team, and comfortable using judgment within established procedures.


Responsibilities

• Manage multiple customer orders and requests at different stages while maintaining accuracy and consistent follow-through.
• Communicate professionally with customers regarding products, pricing, orders, shipping, availability, and service-related questions.
• Coordinate customer needs from initial request through resolution, ensuring necessary steps and follow-up are completed.
• Work closely with internal teams to resolve order, inventory, shipping, service, and operational issues.
• Process customer orders and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, requests, actions, and outcomes.
• Review available information and use sound judgment to resolve issues within established procedures, escalating matters when appropriate.
• Move effectively between customer communication, order processing, administrative responsibilities, and internal coordination as priorities change.
• Manage frequent calls, emails, requests, and interruptions while returning to outstanding work without losing important details.
• Assist with general administrative responsibilities and other business needs as assigned.
• Contribute to a collaborative team environment by communicating openly, sharing information, and helping ensure customer and operational needs are addressed.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience involving problem resolution and responsibilities beyond scripted support, basic order entry, or highly transactional interactions.
• Experience managing customer requests, orders, or similar work through multiple steps from beginning through resolution.
• Background regularly combining customer communication with responsibilities such as order processing, inventory, logistics, administrative support, or internal operations.
• Demonstrated experience working collaboratively with teammates and multiple departments to solve problems and complete customer or operational requests.
• Ability to manage several active priorities while maintaining accuracy, organization, follow-through, and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in an environment where workload, priorities, and responsibilities can change throughout the day.
• Ability to use independent judgment within established procedures and recognize when an issue should be escalated.
• Strong professional written and verbal communication skills, including direct customer communication by phone and email.
• Experience accurately entering and maintaining information within a CRM, ERP, order-management system, or comparable business platform.
• Track record of sustained responsibility, reliability, and follow-through in prior positions.
