Registered Nurse (RN), Behavioral Health – Saline Memorial Hospital, Benton, AR Job Type: Full‑Time | Nights Schedule: Nights 6:30 P – 7:00 A Saline Memorial Hospital is a 177‑bed hospital in Benton, Arkansas, part of Lifepoint Health. Responsibilities Provides direct patient care using the nursing process in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice. Performs plan‑of‑care interventions, including medication administration, specimen collection, and clinical treatments. Documents patient care given. Monitors, records, and communicates patient condition to the care team, physician, patient, and family. Assists patients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, elimination, nutrition, and ambulation. Collaborates across disciplines to coordinate patient care, including transfer, discharge, referrals, and psychosocial support. Evaluates learning needs of patient and/or family and provides education appropriate to age, culture, condition, and circumstances. Advocates for the physical and emotional well‑being of the patient. Qualifications Associate’s degree required; BSN preferred. Critical thinking, decisive judgment, ability to work with minimal supervision in a stressful environment. AHA Basic Life Support within 30 days of hire. Licensed Registered Nurse in the State of Tennessee or a Compact State with proper Tennessee paperwork filed within 30 days of hire.
