A well-established custom home builder is seeking a Custom Home Superintendent to join its growing team. This company has built a strong reputation for quality craftsmanship, attention to detail, and delivering exceptional homes.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on field leader who understands residential construction, takes pride in delivering quality projects, and enjoys working closely with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams throughout the construction process.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day field operations for custom home construction projects
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspections, and material deliveries
• Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure timely completion
• Monitor workmanship and maintain high-quality construction standards
• Conduct project walkthroughs and provide ongoing communication to stakeholders
• Manage punch lists and project closeout activities
• Maintain organized, safe, and efficient jobsites
• Work closely with office staff, project teams, and trade partners to ensure successful project execution
• Identify and resolve field issues proactively to keep projects moving forward

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Residential Superintendent
• Residential construction experience is required; commercial-only experience will not be considered
• Custom home building experience is highly preferred
• Proven experience managing projects from groundbreaking through final completion
• Strong knowledge of scheduling, inspections, subcontractor management, and quality control
• Ability to effectively manage multiple moving parts while maintaining a positive and professional approach
• Experience with Buildertrend is a strong plus
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
