Fine Dining Server (PM Shift)

Harriman's Grill at Salamander Middleburg Resort & Spa
Middleburg, VA

Hourly Wage: $5.20 per hour. Potential to earn up to $1,000-$1,500+ per week (hourly wage + gratuities)

Are you passionate about fine dining, exceptional service, and creating unforgettable guest experiences? Harriman's Grill, the signature restaurant at Salamander Middleburg, is looking for experienced Fine Dining Servers to join our award-winning Food & Beverage team.

Located in the heart of Virginia's beautiful horse and wine country, Salamander Middleburg is a Forbes Five-Star, AAA Five-Diamond luxury resort where service excellence is our standard.

• Deliver exceptional fine dining service while creating memorable guest experiences.

• Present menus, answer questions, and confidently recommend food, wine, cocktails, and specialty beverages.

• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems.

• Upsell menu items, wines, desserts, and specialty offerings.

• Serve food and beverages according to fine dining service standards.

• Maintain complete knowledge of menus, ingredients, wine selections, and daily specials.

• Ensure tables are properly set, maintained, and reset throughout service.

• Perform side work and opening/closing duties.

• Work collaboratively with culinary and restaurant teams to provide seamless service.

• Maintain Salamander's Forbes Five-Star service standards at all times.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

• Previous restaurant serving experience required; fine dining experience strongly preferred.

• Knowledge of wine, cocktails, and upscale dining service is a plus.

• Strong communication and guest service skills.

• Professional appearance and positive attitude.

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced luxury restaurant environment.

• Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
