Job Description – Neuro ICU/IMCU Registered Nurse (RN)

Position: Neuro ICU / IMCU RN

Experience Required:

• Minimum 2 years of recent Neuro ICU or Neuro IMCU experience
• Strong Neuro experience is required and must be clearly reflected on the resume
• Experience floating between ICU and Stepdown (IMCU) required.

Patient Ratios:

• ICU: 1:1–2
• IMCU/Stepdown: 1:3–4

Float Requirement:

• Must be willing to float between Neuro ICU and IMCU/Stepdown as needed
