Director of Operations — Blukers (Marketplace & Growth)

Blukers is the digital marketplace where skilled trades talent meets employers efficiently and transparently. We are seeking a Director of Operations to lead and scale our operational infrastructure, ensuring the marketplace runs smoothly, efficiently, and profitably. This role combines leadership, strategic planning, and operational excellence. Role Overview As Director of Operations, you will oversee the full operational lifecycle, working closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure consistent growth and operational efficiency. You will implement processes, manage metrics, and lead a high‑performing team to scale Blukers from strong traction to a category leader.
