Tejas Equipment Rentals is hiring a full-time Equipment Mechanic II at our San Antonio branch to diagnose, repair, and maintain our fleet of construction equipment. What It Takes Strong mechanical aptitude and a genuine interest in construction equipment Sharp attention to detail for diagnosing and solving complex mechanical issues Ability to work independently and as part of a team to keep repairs on schedule Clear communication skills with coworkers and customers A proactive, safety-first mindset Prior experience maintaining and repairing construction equipment is a plus - but if you're motivated and eager to learn, we're willing to train the right person and grow you into the role.
