Benefits Administrator

The Rosen Group is seeking a Benefits Administrator with UKG experience for an immediate 3+ month contract with our client in Moorestown, NJ . Key Responsibilities Enrollments & Escalations: Lead benefits enrollment and resolve complex eligibility, billing, and vendor discrepancies. Payroll & Finance Collaboration: Reconcile benefit invoices and partner with Payroll/Finance to ensure accurate contributions and deductions. Compliance & Audits: Oversee ACA tracking, plan documentation, vendor data feeds, and eligibility audits. Process Improvement: Design and maintain benefit SOPs, process documentation, and audit tools. Requirements 5-7 years' experience with benefits administration. Hands-on experience with UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) for benefits administration preferred. Strong background in benefits compliance (ACA, eligibility audits, data feeds).
