Positions Available:

1. General Anesthesiologist:

• The Role: Provide care and direct supervision across 32 distinct anesthetizing sites, managing complex, high-acuity surgical cases (excluding open heart and burns).
• Care Model: Strict 2:1 Medical Direction model guiding residents, CRNAs, and AAs. No solo supervision or independent self-performing roles.
• Work-Life Balance: Staggered late-stay rotations feature a unique "Priority Early Out" buffer, allowing you to leave between 10:00 AM and 12:00 PM on both the day before and the day after your assigned late stay. Low contracted call requirements (11 weekend shifts & 13 weekday overnight shifts per year).

2. Cardiac Anesthesiologist:

• The Role: Join an expanding team dedicated 85%-90% purely to cardiac anesthesia , covering ~700 cases annually across open-heart (CABG, complex aortic arch), structural heart (TAVR, MitraClip), and ECMO/mechanical support.

• The Role: Direct high-acuity care across Surgical (SICU) and Cardiovascular (CVICU) Intensive Care Units. Lead dynamic resident teams with zero mid-level practitioner oversight in the SICU.
• The 1-for-1 Schedule: Full-time commitment is defined as 11 unit weeks per year. Every single unit week worked is paired with a guaranteed 100% post-unit week off.
• Earning Potential: Prefer to stay active during your off weeks? You can choose to moonlight in the main OR or cover additional ICU unit days at 3,600 per day.
