Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a personalized caseload by determining the number of clients you see, allowing for flexibility in your work schedule.

• Provide customized, real-time support to both clients and clinicians to streamline the process of accessing and delivering care.

• Leverage technology for immediate insurance verification and client management, ensuring a seamless experience for both you and your clients.

• Facilitate therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to meet each client's unique needs.

• Document client progress and maintain accurate records in line with HIPAA regulations and company policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, and families, each navigating varying degrees of mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT in the state of New York.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary in the range of $115,000 to $130,000, commensurate with experience, education, and skill level. Benefits include:
