Onsite Operations Manager

Operations Manager Sunbelt’s Onsite Operations Manager is empowered to execute projects so we can make it happen for our customers. The Onsite Operations Manager is responsible for the overall execution and completion of one or more simultaneous projects, including revenue, profit and loss, employee management, facilities and equipment, and dispatch. Responsibilities Oversee the execution and completion of multiple projects concurrently. Manage revenue, profit and loss for assigned projects. Direct employee management, including hiring, training, and performance. Ensure proper use and maintenance of facilities and equipment. Coordinate dispatch activities to meet project schedules. Implement project management best practices and safety standards. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. 3+ years of experience in the rental equipment or construction industries. Ability to travel as required to perform duties. Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with MS Office, Outlook, Internet/Intranet, and Wynne systems. Strong project management skills. Ability to work safely in dynamic environments. Physical demands: bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 25 pounds or more, and working indoors/outdoors when required by the job. Base Pay Range $65,000.00 - $102,438.60. Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
