Remote POS Implementation Lead - Client Training & Support

NorthAB LLC

North Hospitality is hiring an Implementation Manager to lead pre-implementation planning, on-site installation, training, and post-implementation support for POS clients. You will coordinate with client teams, document steps, and ensure successful sign-offs. Responsibilities include diagnosing hardware/software issues, performing upgrades, and serving as a level-three escalation path. Travel up to 85% and remote work are involved; CPP certification is preferred or obtainable within 12 months. #J-18808-Ljbffr
