Location: Weatherford, OK 73096
Duration: 6-12 months with option to extend
Position: Onsite
Work Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
PR: $18.00/hr. - $22.00/hr. on W2
Job Description:
- This position serves as a primary point of contact for clients, visitors, and staff by managing incoming calls, greeting visitors, scheduling and confirming appointments for staff, processing mail, maintaining office supplies and informational materials, and assisting counsellors and technical staff with day-to-day administrative needs.
Requirements:
- Soft skills (phone etiquette, interpersonal skills, communication skills)
- Data entry
- Ability to schedule appointments
- Ability to operate office equipment (printer, copier, computer, etc.)
