Program Director – Premier Martial ArtsPremier Martial Arts has helped thousands of students of all ages build confidence, discipline, and fitness since 1998. We teach kids respect, accountability, and focus in a fun environment, and give adults the confidence to overcome anxiety and build real community. Job Summary The Program Director is the face of our school and the engine behind our growth — responsible for marketing and selling martial arts memberships. This role suits someone with a genuine passion for fitness/health/martial arts and a drive to bring its benefits to as many people in the community as possible. Success requires full commitment to learning and executing our proven sales and marketing systems. You'll be the first and most important point of contact for prospective members, so you need to be friendly, professional, organized, and self-motivated, with strong sales instincts and a love of connecting with people. Our network hosts quarterly live events nationwide, including Curriculum Colleges, Certified Instructor Training, an Annual Awards Dinner, an Annual Conference with guest speakers, and a national Tournament Circuit for students and instructors. Room to Grow Program Directors can advance into Manager, Multi-Unit Manager, Regional Manager, and Owner roles.
