Position: Recruiter Location: Schofield, WI Position Overview As a Recruiter, you'll play a critical role in connecting talented job seekers with meaningful career opportunities. From sourcing candidates to making job offers and guiding new hires through onboarding, you'll manage the entire recruitment process while creating an exceptional experience for both candidates and clients. No two days are the same! One day you may be networking in the community, the next you're interviewing candidates, coaching them for interviews, or celebrating a successful placement. Position Overview – Key Responsibilities (Full details available in the attached job description.) Manage the full-cycle recruitment process by sourcing, interviewing, screening, matching, and onboarding qualified candidates for a variety of client positions. Build strong relationships with candidates and clients by providing interview coaching, maintaining communication throughout the hiring process, negotiating job offers, and ensuring a positive hiring experience. Develop recruiting pipelines by leveraging applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards, LinkedIn, social media, networking events, community partnerships, and employee referrals to attract top talent.
