The company specializes in equipment installation and relocation, power distribution, manufacturing facilities, food and beverage processing, pharmaceutical facilities, chemical plants, and material handling systems while maintaining a strong commitment to quality, safety, and dependability.
Position Summary

Key Responsibilities

Prepare accurate electrical estimates, bids, and proposals for commercial projects.
Perform detailed material and labor takeoffs from plans and specifications.
Review project scope, drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
Develop project budgets, schedules, and cost projections.
Coordinate with customers, general contractors, vendors, subcontractors, and field personnel.

Maintain strong communication with field leadership and project stakeholders.
Identify potential project risks, scope gaps, and cost issues.

Ideal Candidate

Minimum 5–7+ years of electrical estimating experience
Procore and/or Accubid
Strong commercial electrical construction experience
Previous field experience strongly preferred — Journeyman, Lead, Foreman, General Foreman, or Superintendent background
Ability to read and interpret electrical plans and specifications
Strong understanding of electrical materials, installation methods, and labor requirements
Experience with estimating/takeoff software
Strong knowledge of electrical construction and project sequencing
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

What Makes This Role Different

We're particularly interested in candidates who have actually worked in the field and transitioned into estimating/project management .

Someone who understands what it takes to install the work—not just price it—can bring significant value to this position.

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive salary based on experience
Overtime opportunities, as applicable
Health, dental & vision insurance
401(k) with company match
Paid holidays and vacation
Company-provided training and career advancement opportunities
