This new location represents a major milestone for Porter Logistics and offers a unique opportunity to help launch, shape, and grow operations from the ground up while being supported by an established, Atlanta-based organization. Key Responsibilities Own all outbound shipments for assigned clients and order streams Oversee picking, staging, and final verification of outbound orders Perform final quality checks to confirm order accuracy, quantities, and labeling Ensure orders ship on the correct day using the correct carrier and service level Complete and verify all outbound shipping documentation (BOLs, packing lists, labels) Serve as the primary escalation point for outbound order issues or exceptions Partner closely with Customer Success to resolve order discrepancies and client inquiries Monitor and drive on-time shipping and outbound accuracy KPIs Support value-added services as required (kitting, labeling, special packaging) Operate forklifts and assist with picking/staging as needed Enforce safety, process, and quality standards across outbound operations Act as a floor leader, setting expectations and holding the team accountable Qualifications 3+ years of warehouse experience with a focus on outbound shipping operations Prior lead or senior operator experience preferred Strong understanding of shipping processes, carriers, and documentation Forklift experience across multiple lift types Experience working in a WMS environment Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving ability Strong communication skills and customer-first mindset Positive, team-player mentality with a sense of urgency and ownership #J-18808-Ljbffr Porter Logistics
